He is survived by his brother Tom Talbot, a sister-in-law, a niece and a nephew in Texas. Harry was a veteran having first joined the US Army in 1970 and retiring from the U.S. Air Force Reserve in 2004. Harry received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Jose State University, a Master of Arts ......
